Various studies have shown the efficacy on chronic back pain of conventional isometric, Pilates and yoga exercises.

It includes small groups (up to 5 people) of Yoga, Pilates and muscle strengthening courses. For better results, groups are divided according to patients' levels and pathologies in order to optimize pain reduction.
